recipe help.. ('cos i'm working on a recipe)

I needed some biscuits for a thing.. and now i'm trying to re-create the recipe. this was originally supposed to be peanut butter cookies.. but i didn't have any peanut butter. .. anyone want to give these a go, and see if the results are repeatable?
3oz of butter, room temperature. 1/2 a cup of erythritol (i used "natvia" from tesco's 'cos i had some)
add "3/8ths a cup" of almond butter. i used three heaped desert spoons of well stirred thick almond butter. the consistency matters.. it has to be thick, not runny.
1 teaspoon bicarb, 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar.
3oz peanut flour. (again, i had some). ..( on reflection 2 1/2 oz peanut flour and 1oz coconut flour. may have been better)
one "medium" egg.
a "pinch" of salt. (i didn't bother, but it needed it, so add some).
"some" nuts chopped. or "some" 90% dark chocolate, chopped. or, well, something to add interest.
pre-heat oven to 180ish. 170 fan, 190 if your oven's not exactly the hottest.
start by creaming together the butter and sugar substitute. it needs to be well mixed,. mix in the nut butter, and break in the egg. mix till well mixed.
spoon in the flour, "baking powder" and salt. keep mixing till you've got a fairly thick batter. if it's not thick at this point, you'll get wafers, not biscuits. so add a little more flour if needed.
having done this once, i'd rather have added some chopped peanuts, chopped chocolate, or something in there to add a different texture. .. (100% cacao chocolate would have been nice.. wish i had some)
spoon out quillons of batter. (use a tea spoon to get a mass of batter, then use another spoon to shape that mass so that it's the same "rugby ball" size that the bowl of the spoon would form.)
space evenly on a silicone sheet, on a cookie tray. leave at least 2" between cookies. they spread and rise, and you want nice "two bite" cookies, not a "tray bake".
bake for ~7-8 minutes... till they're risen and brown around the edges, but not dry.
remove from the oven, allow to sit on the tray for a minute, then transfer to a cooling rack. they'll crisp up as they cool. they should be nice and crunchy on the outside, and slightly chewey in the middle.
